Will MedicsDocAssistant slow me down?

No, it will actually make your practice more productive. MedicsDocAssistant is designed with user in mind and is designed to increase the speed of your practice. The design of the encounter form gives you the provision to examine the patient fully/partially/as required, which is completely at the discretion of the provider. There are vast prewritten contents available with all the specialities which reduces the time that actually takes to enter the information which eventually increases the speed of examination. Each time you use the pen on your Tablet PC, you are actually putting important information in the patient database.

Will it integrate with my practice management software?

Certainly YES. We have interfaces with many practice management systems on the market. If your PMS is not in the list, we can develop an interface as a custom programming project.

MedicsDocAssistant uses ICD and CPT codes from the American Medical Association for the diagnoses and treatments. These codes can be transferred electronically to your PMS program with an interface.

How elaborate does my network need to be to make MedicsDocAssistant useful?

We recommend you to start slowly and progress ahead in using the software to its full potential. There are a couple of reasons to justify this statement. It is generally not preferred to invest a huge sum of money on additional hardware after you have made the decision to buy our software before it is up and running in your practice.
